I recently moved from the Washington DC area and purchased a home in Erie PA, with Dave Litowkin from your firm as the person assisting me with finding and buying the home in Erie. I want to convey to you how thoroughly delighted I have been with the support and service I received from Dave Litowkin and Howard Hanna Associates. I have moved numerous times and used various Real Estate firms for buying and selling assistance over the years, and have generally been satisfied. Dave and Howard Hanna though, have set a new standard for excellence in this profession.

I interviewed three other realtors when I began my search process and immediately knew that Dave was the right one for me. Once we got started, Dave quickly understood my requirements, searched for apporpriate properties, provided market analysis, and expertly led me through the process. Being out of town, trying to sell my Maryland home and getting ready to start a new job; I needed things on the Erie side to be hassle free and he expertly accomplished that. He anticipated and responded to numerous issues and details and I trusted his expert advice as I weighed various alternatives.
